The concept is simple and effective, Broncore Fitness workouts are made of multiple rounds of high-intensity interval training, which consists of short bouts of high-intensity cardio followed by even shorter rest periods. Using light resistance and bodyweight exercises, you will strengthen your body as a whole.

Where to find us
The Common at CX is a 5-10min walk from the “Bunker Hill Community College” Orange-Line T-Stop as well as the “Lechmere” Green-Line T-Stop. Street parking is limited on-site, so we suggest traveling by foot, bike, T or car pool provider.
Bring a bottle of water and please note, there are no public bathrooms on-site. However, there are near by restaurants around First street closer to lechmere, as well as public bathrooms accessible at Cambridge Galleria shopping mall or Museum of Science.
Classes are FREE to the public, for ALL LEVELS, are BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat), and don’t forget ALWAYS sweat safely: stay hydrated and wear a hat as well as sunscreen.
