7 PM GLOW & SCULPT
This 45min Yoga Sculpt led by Cindy Kung, is extra special. Not only will it challenge your practice with more intensity, it will be performed with black lights, glow sticks, and dope beats to groove to. Pro Tip: wear white cotton apparel to get the full black light effect during class!
Our friends from Healthy Truth will be handed out complimentary samples of their snacks and supplements to refuel quickly after class.
8 PM MEAL PREP WORKSHOP
Club High-Rise Nutrition Coach, Kristen Ciccolini, will walk you through her best meal-planning tips. Using our guided templates, cookbooks, and magazine resources, put your own plan together for the week. Meanwhile, snack on a delicious smoothie bowl topped with your choice of ingredients: granola, coconut flakes, bee pollen, cacao nibs, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almond butter.
