KID'S YOGA is a fun way to introduce yoga and mindfulness helping them engrain healthy habits at an early age. Using engaging activities with props such as beanie babies, or as we call them - breathing buddies, your little one will learn how to focus their attention and increase their body awareness while having fun and meeting other kids in your building community.

Limited to children between the ages of 2-6 years old.
Class is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)
