To keep things as fair as possible, age has been included into the scoring system. Younger bodies typically respond faster to lifestyle changes and we want to prevent any disadvantages.
10 points per 1% body weight lost
Our formula prevents disadvantages by taking into account the percentage of decrease in weight rather than just the total. For example, if someone starts at 200lbs and loses 10lbs, they would lose 5% of there total weight and earn 50 points total. If someone started at 150lbs and lost 10lbs they would have lost 7% and earn 70 points total.
POINTS EARNED = % of change
Like the points earned for weight loss, the formula takes into account the relative improvement. For example, if someone starts at 20reps of the exercise and on the last day performs 30reps, they would have improved their strength endurance by 50% earning themselves 50 points total.
