Resident services are a la carte and paid for by residents.
ANNUAL EVENTS
Our FREE annual 21-day community-wide challenges give your residents an opportunity to make friends with their neighbors, improve their health, and win prizes for their achievements.
Both events include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place cash prizes totaling $1,500. They begin and end with and on-site “Weigh-In/Fit Test”, include daily touch points and content via email as well as our private Facebook Group, and are celebrated at our off-site Awards Party with open bar, food, DJ, and additional prizes.
RESOLUTE begins in January & Summer BOD starts in May. Both valued at $7,500 each.
ADD-ON FEATURES
All classes and events are fully planned, promoted and managed by Club High-Rise. We include emails, printed signs, and social media posts, as well as a streamlined mobile app for easy event and class registration.
ON-SITE FITNESS CLASSES
Our passionate and experience instructors design workouts for all levels to bring the entire community together. And with endless class options to choose from, we tailor our classes to your facility limits and resident’s interests.

CURATED EVENTS
Event styles are endless, so we work along side your team to plan within your budget and create an experience to remember with one of our unique curated events. Events can include seamless app integration, marketing materials, and registration. Food, drink, and music may also be added to any event for an additional amount. Some examples include:

Our Launch Party event/expo gives your residents an opportunity to learn more about all that Club High-Rise offers. They can get to know the team that will be on-site while enjoying some appetizers, drinks, music, chair massage, and more!
