GENTLE YOGA FLOW

Class Duration: 60mins

Class Description: Get all your blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to support you in this flow! Gentle yoga will start and end in meditation, focusing on the breath, clearing our minds, and relaxing our bodies. We will then move mindfully and slowly through poses of all varieties. With the help of props, our bodies will be supported to allow ourselves to hold the poses longer and relax deeper! All levels are welcome :)
